One consistent lighting setup and background, photographed at your office, so your whole team looks like part of the same company. Pricing is straightforward: a flat session rate that includes a set number of people, plus a per-person rate for anyone beyond that. No hidden fees, no per-image guessing games.

Half Day Session:
$750 flat rate

Length: Up to 4 hours
People Included: Up to 8
Deliverables: 1 Retouched digital image per person
Additional people: $75/person
Usage License: Standard commercial use (website, social, internal use)

Best for small teams, leadership groups, or a focused round of new-hire headshots.

Full Day Session:
$1500 Flat Rate

Length: Up to 8 hours
People Included: Up to 16
Deliverables: 1 Retouched digital image per person
Additional people: $65/person (volume rate)
Usage License: Standard commercial use (website, social, internal use)

Best for larger teams, whole-department rollouts, or multi-location coordination in a single visit.

How Booking Works

Both packages are billed for the minimum included headcount, even if fewer people attend on the day. This holds the full session on my calendar for your company and guarantees your team gets priority scheduling.

Before your session, we'll have a short planning call to confirm headcount, location logistics, and your preferred background style (Classic light background or Signature dark background, shown in the gallery. Custom backdrop options are also available.).

Have a distributed or multi-office team? Ask about splitting a full-day session across two locations in one day.
